shipping policy
We generally use Royal Mail for standard deliveries and DPD for next day. We will always endeavour to get your deliveries out the same day, however please allow 48 hours from placing your order and up to 3 days in busier periods for us to post out.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day.
Please note bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days and will need to be taken into consideration when placing orders as we cannot guarantee they will reach you.

return & exchange policy
We know you will love your clothing, however, in the unlikely event you need to return your item, please ensure you help us process your refund quicker by doing the following:

1) Complete and attach the returns note with your parcel.
2) Ensure the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of your purchase date.
3) Make sure you obtain proof of posting as we cannot process refunds if we do not receive your items.
4) We reserve the right to refuse refunds or make deductions for items that arrive damaged/faulty or have been worn.
5) Please ensure your parcel is well wrapped and secure for transit.
